How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by:

  1. Sending an email to founders@reppint.com
  2. Including your account email address
  3. Stating that you would like a refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • First-time purchases and renewals

After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
