Reppint is a product of Validate my idea. All references to "Reppint", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Validate my idea.

3. Description of Service

Reppint provides AI-powered visitor behavior detection and engagement tools for websites. Our service includes behavioral tracking, AI-powered chat interventions, and analytics dashboards.

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use on websites containing illegal, harmful, or adult content

6. Installation and Integration

By installing our tracking script on your website, you represent that you have the authority to do so and agree to:

  • Obtain any necessary consents from your visitors
  • Not modify or reverse engineer our script
  • Keep your API keys confidential

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, simply contact us at founders@reppint.com within 14 days of your payment. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

9. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific usage limits (sessions, conversations). Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions or additional charges. We will notify you when approaching limits.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Validate my idea (operating as Reppint) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC CONVERSION RATES OR RESULTS. AI RESPONSES MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALIDATE MY IDEA (OPERATING AS REPPINT) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Validate my idea (operating as Reppint) from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
